Any homeowners interested in serving on the board or various committees are encouraged to contact the board.
HOA Dues Notice
- Yearly fees are due by October 1 and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our neighborhood. Homeowners with payments overdue by more than 45 days will receive a notice from the HOA Board.
- To protect the community's interests, the Board may take further action if necessary, including placing a lien on the property.
- The annual dues for 2024-2025 are $50. However, if paid before October 1, 2024, an early payment discount reduces the amount to $45.
