Any homeowners interested in serving on the board or various committees are encouraged to contact the board.

HOA Dues Notice

Yearly fees are due by October 1 and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our neighborhood. Homeowners with payments overdue by more than 45 days will receive a notice from the HOA Board.
To protect the community's interests, the Board may take further action if necessary, including placing a lien on the property.
The annual dues for 2025-2026 are $50. However, if paid before October 1, 2025, an early payment discount reduces the amount to $45.
