Welcome to Darby Pointe Section 3 & 4 HOA

Thank you to everyone who has been submitting requests and plans for construction projects to the HOA/Architectural Committee. We’d like to remind you to get approval from the Architectural Committee before contracting or starting any project.

Getting approval ahead of time ensures that everything runs smoothly for everyone.

When submitting a project for approval, please include:

• A plat drawing showing where the project will be located on your lot.
  
• Proposed colors and finished construction materials (e.g., paint colors, shingle samples, stone/brick, etc.).
  
• Any supporting documentation (e.g., contractor’s drawings or renderings) that helps describe the project.
